In OM Workspace's metadata (shooting information, not in EXIF!) it is noted which photos are included together in one photo stack ("Drive: silent + FOCUS BKT (1 image/2 image/3 image/…."+ for the resulting image "Drive: Silent + Single Frame") or in one bracketing session. Is there a possibility to export that information to Lightroom (as metadata or keyword) and to stack the associated images on that basis?

I don't think there is any such possibility. I don't see any advantage in this either, as I prefer to select my stack series manually, as you always have a lot of photos with you that are not actually meant to be stacked.
