1. Tipp: Am besten gleich Shine Stacker installierenTip 1: Install Shine Stacker right away

Aktiviere in Auto-Stacker oben rechts den Expertenmodus und wechsle in den Tab Stacking-Programme. Klicke dort ganz unten bei ShineStacker auf "Installieren". Shine Stacker ist eine extrem leistungsstarke und zugleich kostenlose Stacking-Software!

Activate Expert Mode at the top right of Auto-Stacker and open the Stacking Programs tab. Scroll down to ShineStacker and click "Install". Shine Stacker is an extremely powerful and entirely free stacking software!

2. Tipp: Stackreihen überprüfenTip 2: Verify Image Stack Series

Anhand der aufgenommenen Stackreihe kann man selten erkennen, ob der Stack am Ende auch wirklich gut aussieht. Berechnet man diese Stacks daher alle manuell auf Verdacht, kostet das extrem viel Zeit.

It is rare to tell from solely observing the raw image stack whether the final stacked image will turn out well. Trying to process all of these stacks manually on a hunch takes an immense amount of time.

Auto-Stacker nimmt dir diese Arbeit ab und erzeugt fertige Stacks aus tausenden von Bildern automatisiert. Die fertigen Stacks können dann zur Begutachtung eingesetzt werden - man sieht sofort, welche Stackreihen gut sind und kann mit diesen weiterarbeiten/ feintunen.

Auto-Stacker takes this workload entirely off your hands, automating finished stacks from thousands of images. These finished stacks can be comfortably reviewed—you instantly spot which stack series turned out well, enabling you to narrow down and fine-tune your workflow.

3. Tipp: Der perfekte WorkflowTip 3: The Perfect Workflow

Tausende Fotos automatisiert Stacken lassen

Let Thousands of Photos Stack Automatically

Alle Fotos in Lightroom importieren und dort automatisch nach Aufnahmezeit stapeln lassen. Dann den Pfad des Ordners, in dem die Fotos liegen, kopieren und in Auto-Stacker als Input- und Output-Ordner einfügen.

Import all photos into Lightroom and have them stacked automatically by capture time. Then copy the path of the folder containing the photos and paste it into Auto-Stacker as your Input and Output folder.

Sobald alle Stacks in Auto-Stacker berechnet sind (während der Kaffeepause!), gehst du zurück in Lightroom und klickst auf Ordner synchronisieren. Schon hat man alle fertigen Stacks perfekt in Lightroom integriert und kann weiter damit arbeiten!

Once all stacks are evaluated in Auto-Stacker (over a coffee break!), return to Lightroom and simply click Synchronize Folder. This seamlessly integrates all your finalized stacks into Lightroom, ready for immediate post-processing!

Je nach Motiv rechnet jede Stacking-Engine (Helicon, Zerene, Shine Stacker) das Bild ein bisschen anders zusammen.

Depending on the subject, each stacking engine (Helicon, Zerene, Shine Stacker) blends the image just a little differently.

Für maximale Flexibilität empfiehlt es sich, ab und zu mehrere Methoden gleichzeitig berechnen zu lassen und dann das Resultat zu vergleichen (z.B. Helicon Focus vs. Zerene Stacker oder Shine Stacker). Verwende dazu in Auto-Stacker einfach Methoden wie "Beide" oder "Alle drei".

For maximum flexibility, it is recommended to occasionally have multiple methods computed simultaneously and compare the outcomes (e.g., Helicon Focus vs. Zerene Stacker or Shine Stacker). To accomplish this, simply select processing algorithms such as "Both" or "All Three" within Auto-Stacker.

First Process, then Stack!

Um die absolut höchste Bildqualität zu erreichen, solltest du zuerst die RAW-Entwicklung in Lightroom oder einem vergleichbaren Programm durchführen.

To guarantee absolute superior image quality, you should process your RAW development initially inside Lightroom or similar software.

Exportiere die Bilder im Anschluss als TIFF in einen separaten Ordner. Diesen Ordner wählst du nun als Input-Ordner in Auto-Stacker aus, um das beste Stacking-Resultat zu berechnen.

Immediately export these images as TIFF files into a secluded folder. You can then navigate and assign this directory as your Input Location to achieve optimal stacking computations.
